Announcement No. 1: How to Present Papers and How to Use the Online Meeting Platform

For the Speakers and Presenters Participating in the 9th Iranian Joint Congress on Fuzzy and Intelligent Systems

 
 

To join the workshops, keynote speeches and specialized meetings, please consider the following points:

 

1- The presence of the speakers of each paper, is mandatory from the beginning to the end of the time specified in the conference program.

 

2- For the papers that have been accepted as lectures, after introducing the chairpersons, the video recording of the lecture will be played by the session coordinator (for 15 minutes) and then, the questions of the participants will be answered. (for 5 minutes).

 

Also, for the papers that are accepted as posters, after introducing the chairpersons, the video of the lecture recorded by the session coordinator will be played (for 5 minutes) and then, the questions of the participants will be answered (for 5 minutes).

 

3- Speakers are requested to have their PDF file and recorded video on their personal computer for emergency use in the lecture session.

 

4- If the speakers are not present at the appointed time, the meeting will be canceled and also, the mentioned paper will not be published in the conference proceedings.

 In addition, the poster presenters are required to be online and to join the link specified in the conference schedule in due time, and to answer questions of the participants or the chairpersons. In case of absence, the certificate will not be issued and also, the paper will not be published in the conference proceedings.
